WEIDHAASPMO & CONSULTING

Senior PMO · Transformation Lead · Program Governance

Structure, clarity and direction for complex projects and programs.

I support program, rollout and transformation leaders when international initiatives need a clear operating logic: connecting strategy and delivery, aligning stakeholders, strengthening project managers and moving decisions forward.

PMO supports structure, transparency, alignment and decisions towards the project and program goal. ValueDecisionsAlignmentTransparencyStructurePMO

01 / FOCUS

When all the elements exist, but the program still lacks a nexus

Complex programs rarely stall because expertise is missing. They stall when workstreams develop in parallel, decisions remain between functions and no one consistently connects operational reality with the management view. This is where I create orientation, working structures and the conditions for coordinated delivery.

02 / SERVICES

Senior support across the full program system

Four complementary fields of work, adapted to the actual situation and maturity of the program.

01

PMO Setup & Program Governance

Design and operation of governance, roles, decision paths, integrated planning, reporting, documentation, and risk and dependency management across workstreams.

02

Program Stabilization

Focused intervention in stalled or opaque programs: make shadow projects and tensions visible, clarify responsibilities, resolve decision bottlenecks and re-establish a reliable working rhythm.

03

International Transformation Coordination

Connect strategy and delivery across countries, functions and management levels. Align stakeholders, support project managers and keep the overall program coherent.

04

Decision & Alignment Workshops

Focused online or on-site working sessions for governance, roles, outcomes, roadmaps, dependencies and critical decisions—designed around the concrete program situation.

03 / APPROACH

How I work

I combine strategic orientation with hands-on program work. The format changes with the situation; the working logic remains clear.

  1. 01Understand the real situation
  2. 02Make the program system visible
  3. 03Connect stakeholders and perspectives
  4. 04Create decision capability
  5. 05Stabilize delivery and transfer ownership

AN EXAMPLE FROM PRACTICE

Coordinating international transformation

Context

A group-wide transformation program connected strategic foundations, communication systems and brand elements with preparations for a global rollout. Management, specialist functions, project teams and external partners needed to align several parallel initiatives.

My contribution

As Senior PMO, I supported program leadership and project owners through coordinated working processes, transparent documentation, and the preparation and follow-up of decisions. I connected different perspectives and made risks, dependencies and open issues visible.

Feedback on the impact

In the closing evaluation, participants highlighted short clarification paths, a safe space to raise concerns, and prompt attention to risks, dependencies and capacity issues as effective. Stabilizing PMO support was identified alongside team commitment and pragmatic collaboration as a key contributor to the program’s success.

For your specific project, I can arrange contact with previous clients and managers on request and with their agreement.

Senior PMO & Transformation Lead

Anahi Weidhaas

I work at the point where structure, communication and decision-making meet. I connect management and specialist perspectives, recognize risks and tensions early and turn ambiguity into workable next steps. My role is often in the background: creating the conditions that allow leaders, project managers and experts to perform effectively.

Governance should enable movement. I build structures that are robust enough to create orientation and pragmatic enough to work in the reality of the program.
